Saturday, March 19^th From 9am to 7pm, we’ll gather in Kaslo for a day of keynote presentations, speakers, panel discussions, and information sharing, as well as the Kootenay Food Economy Tradeshow. Lunch dinner and snacks are provided, with a musical celebration to finish off the evening.

Sunday, March 20^th we’ll meet in Meadow Creek from 9am to 5pm for our Business Boot Camp where farmers and food entrepreneurs will take part in a day-long, guided business planning session with expert Chris Bodnar.   They’ll identify or clarify their businesses mission, objectives, goals and action plans. This will be a serious, but fun and mutually supportive exercise to ensure participants leave the day with strong direction for their businesses, a clear action plan, and a support process to help them stay accountable to themselves in the following year. We mean business, we’re here to help all of us be successful! (Serving Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks)
